Bookmark Contest: Boating in History See Last Year’s NoteCard Winners We have AGM'07 Pictures! (click this) The Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons is an organization with 35,000 members interested in promoting Boating as a safe and enjoyable sport (some would say passion). Members belong to one of the 179 separate squadrons across Canada. For administrative purposes those squadrons are divided into Districts. (There's also a US organization) The Western Ontario District (#9) is located in Southwestern Ontario. Bordered by the waters of Lake Erie, Lake St. Clair, and Lake Huron, we have about 3,000 members in our 10 Squadrons. We gladly volunteer our time time and expertise to promote the enjoyment of safe boating in this District. CPS is now the only Provider of the VHF Operator's Certificate. Find Courses in our District Contact any of us if you want to take a course or are even just curious.
